Fall Prevention

According to the Centers for Disease Control, falls and fall related injuries put you at risk of serious injury and are among the most serious and common medical problems experienced by aging adults.  We'll help you prevent falls with fall-prevention measures, from reviewing your medications to prevention tips on tripping and slipping, to hazard-proofing your home to personal and lifestyle changes. Nearly one-third of older persons fall each year suffering hip fractures and other fractures, head injuries, and even death in older adults, and half of them fall more than once.  We'll help keep you safe.
